Step 1. Sign in to Recomi

Sign in to Recomi with your Email.

Step 2. Upload Your Files and Set Up Your AI Agent

1. Click Create Agent or Create New Agent on the page. 

   
   

   

2. Set a name for your agent, for example, PaperReader, and upload your data files, and set some preferential settings.

   
   

   

   
   

   You can also customize the chat UI on the Settings tab.

   

3. Now, you can ask some questions to test whether your AI agent works well. For example, try "What’s the theme of this paper".

Integrate Your AI Agent with Slack

Before you start, please make sure your Slack workspace is ready.

1. Click the Integration tab, and select Integrations from the sidebar.

3. Follow the wizard to select your desired Slack workspace and channel, and complete the integration.

   

   
   

4. Open Slack and enter the channel. If you see a message like this, your AI agent has been successfully added.

   

   
   

5. Start interacting with the AI agent by asking questions like:
   "What are the key findings in this paper?"

   If Slack prompts you to invite Recomi, select Invite to ensure it can work in your channel.
