Our primary service provider, OpenAI, aligns closely with our commitment to data security. OpenAI implements industry-leading technical safeguards and robust encryption protocols to ensure the security of data during transmission.
Notably, OpenAI refrains from utilizing submitted data to enhance its models. Data transmitted via OpenAI's API is stored for abuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days before being deleted, unless mandated otherwise by law. Moreover, the OpenAI API adheres to SOC 2 Type II standards and undergoes regular audits by independent third-party auditors against the 2017 Trust Services Criteria for Security.
