Description

This dataset for classification task contains univariate signals which are transformed from the three-dimensional multivariate data to univariate using interlacing method.

Dataset consists of three categories which are biking=0, running=1, and other=2 {skiing, roller-skiing, walking}. So, the last category "other" consists of these three type of sports.

Data is constructed from three-dimensional (3 column features) original dataset which are heart rate, speed, and altitude.

Phases of transforming multivariate time series data to univariate, on the left is the whole activity data, on the right 69 seconds segment of the original data, demonstrated with a red color.

Dataset consists of two parts, train and test data. Last column (207) in both parts contains the label (target). Categories are stratified among train and test data, and segments are shuffled using certain random state value.

Reference

This certain Train-Test case data was used to evaluate five Univariate Time Series Classification (U-TSC) models in the conference paper published in USBEREIT 2023 IEEЕ Ural-Siberian Conference on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology.
